Alright, so you are here, as a new racer. Every racer starts at rank 0.
Contents:
1. In the shop
2. Racing
3. Teams
4. Challenge
5. Damage
1. In the shop
Yes, there is a shop, where you can purchase objects. No, there isn't anything like points or coins, the currency is called Karma. Once you feel like you want to purchase something, you need to post that in the shop. The next admin to see will take away the amount of Karma it cost and deletes the post. Then, in your custom title, you will see what you have. When you win a race, the Karma you went for will be taken off the looser's profile and added to the winner. If there is more than 2 people in a race, only the ast and the first will get a change.
2. Racing
Racing is quite simple, you play it in the posting style. you may post a maximum of 3 actions per post. Looking into a direction does not count.
Example:
*Pushes the brakes*
*turns around*
*crashes*
*looks ahead*
UAAAAAAAH!
is fine, but if you would do this:
*Pushes the brakes*
*turns around*
*crashes*
*Speeds up again*
is one action too much.
You can join any free race, as long as the -GREEN LIGHT- has not yet been posted. Challenges should not e joind without the challenger's permission.
3. Teams
Yes, you may make teams. Your team can split up the cost on any item bought. Any item that was bought y a team can be used by anyone in the team. Karma from winning or loss from losing will not be split up.
4. To challenge someone, you need to make a thread. The thread will be called whatever your usename is plus " challenges " and then the users username. A free race will be called "Free race - Host is" and your username. Get it? Good.
5. Damage
Everyone likes to ram their opponents out of the way, and if they do that to you, accept it. The opponent ramming you (Or you, if you crash on own will) will be allowed to determine the amount of damage. The maximum damage is 10% per whatever happens to you. Once you purchase better hulls, the damage allowed to be determined decreases. If you ram your opponent, keep in mind you take 50% of that damage. Damage from shooting is the same. Just that the opponent shootng soesen't take any damage and that the amount of damage each shot does is pre-defined. The amount of bullets is limited by 3 (Each shot = 1 action) and by the amount of shots you have.
